Please pre-order your "to go" dinner using the form below.  You will need to complete a form per meal that you order. Payment will be taken upon pick up.

Each meal comes with spaghetti, sauce, salad with dressing, breadsticks, cookies, and meatballs (if ordered).

Take your order home or dine-in with us at the Senior Center! Games, activities, and beverages will also be available.
