Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2nd annual Meals on Wheels Car Show and Festival! This event is a family-friendly fundraising event. All proceeds, including revenue generated from booth fees, will provide support for programming for seniors and homebound individuals within Hendricks County. 

All vendors will receive a 10' x 10' booth space and will be listed on our event page, social media, and in our e-blasts. This is a great way to promote your business, meet new customers, and support a great non-profit organization!

We will only accept one direct sales vendor per company (Scentsy, Lularoe, Herbalife, etc.)

Event Date: October 2nd, 2022
Event Time: 11a-3p (set up for vendors begins at 9am)
Location: Emmy's Pancake House parking lot - 7508 Beechwood Centre Road, Avon, IN 46123

Booth fees are $25 for businesses, and $15 for non-profits.

An invoice will be sent via Paypal upon vendor approval. Booth fee is due by September 20th.
